She does everything you expect from a top-notch agent - listens to her clients needs, promptly returns calls/texts/emails at all hours, and has lots of available time that she freely gives to her clients and makes it all seem easy. But what puts Kasia in the spot of BEST AGENT EVER are the extra things she did that I never expected her to do - like previewing countless properties for me (out of state client), measuring closets, taking pictures of balcony view, interviewing neighboring owners to find out the real deal on the community, negotiating seller down to the bottom of the previous 12 months comps, and continuing to fully represent me after closing by helping arrange contractors and checking in on renovations. She has made investing in Hilton Head from out of state an absolute breeze. I’m so so lucky and grateful to have found her to help me with my Hilton Head condo purchase.
